2026 Assessment Rates - The Board approved the 2026 Budget at the December 18th meeting. As of January 1, 2026, the new monthly assessment rates are as follows:

Coupon Books Users: The new 2026 books will be ordered today and mailed directly to you. Simply make your check payable to BERKSHIRE and mail it, along with the proper month’s coupon to our office in the enclosed envelopes at: Condominium Management Services, P.O. Box 387, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515
 

Please allow sufficient mailing time so that your payment will be received by the 15th. A late charge of $20.00 will be applied to payments received after the 15th.
 

Auto Cash members. Monthly assessments will be automatically updated and will continue to be deducted on the 5th of each month.
